@fordprefect.betelguese : I'm guessing 'getafix the druid' was a bit of a dodgy name to be included in a children's TV cartoon in 1967 so they called him panoramix the druid instead

@yemarican : 1967 .. wow.. that was 7 years before I was born.. I'm 48 now.. I am just amazed by how awesome the artwork they performed back then along with the musical instruments playing according to each scene and also the voices.. truly top notch performance.. remember.. they had limited equipment to work with back then.

@sandamalirajapaksha5810 : I have the collection of all the asterix books and watching this cartoons gives me a lot of good memories... even in 2023 and I hope asterix stories will go on! btw there is another Asterix movie comin' out in 2023 or 2024!
@crystalquasar6841 : Just a little note about beer. Egyptians made a lot of beer and often paid their workers in beer. So, Obelix would have plenty of beer to drink. As well as roast gazelle or cattle.

There's one thing they shouldn't have changed, however. In the comic book version, the pirates sink the ship to avoid getting beat by the Gauls, which is a bit funnier imo
@joellum01 : I don't know why no one says anything about the other version of this cartoon, but i can tell you that this version has a slight cut scene in it.
