Three different types of waffles. That's how many there currently are in Lego form. Who is it on the creative team at Lego who has an obsession with waffles, I wonder . Though I totally approve, waffles are awesome. The Lego Friends Heartlake City Park Cafe, a stupidly long name for what is essentially a waffle house, is a cute little shop facade with everything you need for a pop up waffle go-to in your Lego city. There's even a resident squirrel to help you finish up your waffles. Not that you should need help.

I tend to geek out about new pieces, interesting building techniques, giggle too much and just generally ramble. I'm easily distracted so I get stuff wrong which I fix up, mostly, but in the end there is always an awesome model ready for play and display.
