There is an adventure cafe on the top of the mountain opposite Cebu City where you can ride a zipline.
세부시티 반대편 산 정상에 짚라인을 탈 수 있는 어드벤쳐 카페가 있습니다.

After a long time since the outbreak of Corona, we started for the Balamban on the other side of Cebu Island to ride the zipline.
코로나 발생 이후 오랜만에 짚라인을 타기 위해 세부섬 반대편 발람반으로 출발 하였으나,

There was a shower on the other side of Cebu Island, so I couldn't use the zip line.
세부섬 반대편엔 소나기가 내려, 짚라인을 이용 할 수가 없었기에..
