Nodice : Miles used this music to practice everyday.....each morning i would wake to hear him playing pipes of pan downstairs when i lived at 612 west 77th street : )....seems like a dream......
tita trevisan : I bought the vinyl in the late fall of 1961 in Italy.
Sixty years later it’s one of my five favourite of all times.
Vincent Williams : One of the best albums ever made.
John Underwood : I just bought this vinyl, something about a turntable and Jazz is mesmerizing
Brooks Tilson : Ok, so... I've never been into jazz. At all. In fact, what little bit I've heard on public radio and such, I knocked as "a bunch of random musicians doing random things at random times."

For some reason, this album was in my YouTube recommendations, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I am absolutely blown away. This is unlike anything I've ever heard. I feel like I'm peeking through the keyhole into a massive world I've never seen. I can already tell that this will need many listens to even begin to really appreciate it.

All that said, and I realize this is a huge question, but given that I am blown away by this, does anyone have any recommendations for further listening? Keep in mind that I am 100% totally new to this music. Thank you!

Robby G : One of tbe very greatest albums in the history of music. Gil evens / miles davis colaboration. Thank you God for creating Miles.
Pure genius. Eternal. Crazy cat. Just like all who changed the world for the better. Thanks for posting. Im buying this LP on vinly tonight. God bless!
Darren Ringer : Like no other artist Miles knew there was no point in playing the same stuff over and over. And completely disdained the concept of genre. He would say it's Louis Armstrong, but on trumpet Miles is the greatest of all time! Easily one of the greatest geniuses in music history, possibly even the greatest. I don't think most people realize he was classically trained at Juilliard. I highly recommend his autobiography!
