The Mini Maglite is one of my top-5 must-have tools for a field technician. We frequently get stuck working under conditions with not enough light.
If your mag light quit working and you've tried new batteries, it might just be that the bulb is burned-out.

Maglite LED Upgrade, 3 Watt 180 Lumen Cree Bulb
Here I show you how to upgrade and convert your Maglite to LED for superior performance and efficiency. This is a must "How To" if you own a Maglite!
I'm upgrading using a 3 Watt 180 Lumen Cree bulb and the difference in output at the end is outstanding!

I have converted all of my flashlights.
If only they had been available when I was in law enforcement and EMS.
Richie Beard : Fantastic job brother. You even took the time to show the huge difference in brightness. You've convinced me to at least upgrade to a 180 Lumen for now until I can afford the 2000 Lumen upgrade!
